    YES! We have formulated an amazing Discovery Set with our special "Tru-Scent Technology" which is the perfect way to accurately experience all of our fragrances!   • How long will the fragrance oils last?
    When used at the recommended settings of 4 to 8 hours per day, a 100 ml fragrance oil bottle will last approximately on an average 60 days in our nano scent diffuser length of time may vary on the usage and fragrance concentration, and intensity.
  • Are your fragrance oils cruelty-free?
    Yes, all of our formulations are cruelty-free. We do not, and will never, test on animals.
  • Are your fragrance oils pet safe?
    YES. Our scents are safe to use around people, pets, plants, and furniture.
  • What is a cold air nano diffuser & how does it work?
    A cold air nano diffuser is a waterless and heatless essential oil atomizing device that disperses an aroma into the air in a fine dry mist of nano-particles. This means the diffuser actively filters cold air from your space and then diffuses the oils into the air as an ultra-dry mist. Unlike heated or water-based diffusers, the result of our diffusion technology is a more powerful, pure fragrance. Dispersing scent with cold air is the safest and cleanest way to fill a room with an aroma. The reason behind this is that cold air does not dilute the scented oils, disperse other unneeded substances into the air, or leave a residue.
  • Can I use other oils with your diffuser? OR use your oils with another diffuser?
    SCNTD diffusers are specially crafted to operate seamlessly with SCNTD'S high quality fragrance oils. The scents are formulated with a specific viscosity to ensure effective scent dispersion without causing harm to the internal components of your diffuser. It's important to note that utilizing oils that may not be formulated for your unit may clog it. IF you do so and notice a smaller nano dispersion of scent clean the tube that goes from the bottle with rubbing alcohol not water and re-assemble. Yes you can use SCNTD's oils with other cold air and diffusers.
  • What makes your fragrances clean?

  • How do I use your Room Spray and what is in them?
    Spritz into the air to scent your home or office. Our double saturation long lasting room sprays can be sprayed until you reach your desired scent intensity. Sugarcane alcohol, fragrance & water.
  • Where are SCNTD'S fragrances made?
    SCNTD'S fragrances are made in the USA.
  • I forgot to apply my discount code, can I apply it after I place the order?
    *** Discount codes are shipped with your purchase of a full size Diffusion Oil. Once your order is placed it cannot be applied however you will love our scents and you can use the code on your next order!
  • How long until I receive my order?
    Please allow 5-7 days for processing however processing time is usually 1-3 days and 5-8 days for standard delivery. Customers outside the US or with non-contiguous US addresses (APO/FPO, Guam, Hawaii) may also take longer to deliver.
  • Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
    Due to our fulfillment and ordering process, we are not able to guarantee any accommodations can be made to an order once placed, including alterations or cancellations. If you need to update any information on your order, email us as soon as possible and we can see if there is still time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information; including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct; as SCNTD is not responsible for any mistakes.   • How do I check the status of my order?
    Be sure to create an account or login, to easily check the status of your order. After an order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us as well as updates when your order is processed and shipped.
  • Can I track my package?
    Yes, once your package is shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number. Click the hyperlinked tracking number to easily track your package or copy & paste it into any search engine and it will direct you to a tracking page. Didn't get a tracking number? Please email us with your order number and someone will get back to you.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong items shipped?
