Refund Policy

SCNTD has a no returns policy. For your safety and ours none of our formulations are returnable.

​

IF your scent arrives broken simply notify us at help@scntd.com within 24 hours of receiving your package by sending your order number and images of the broken bottle AND packaging showing the box and oil and we will send you out a new bottle.

IF your diffuser does not work (We take a lot of care to test and inspect each diffuser before shipment) you have 48 hours to contact us at help@scntd.com for a return authorization code. You can then ship it back to us and once we receive it we will send you out a new unit at no charge.
